Villalet is an Australian owned and operated online accommodation booking website for more than 1700 luxury villas in Indonesia, Thailand, and Sri Lanka. With teams in Sydney and Bali, Villalet manages to match the customer’s travel expectations with local knowledge in order to create the perfect experience, backed up with a great customer service to help the booking and manage any special requests. Villalet aims to guarantee the best villas with detailed information regarding availability, price, features, and facilities with photos easily obtained by customers through the Villalet website.

What we do

Our Responsibility

SoftwareSeni has delivered a full-cycle product development for Villalet, managing the project from inception and scoping through production to deployment. Our team handles the front-end and back-end development for Villalet, as well as graphical and UI design, SEO, and the Customer Service process. Using Rails as the main application, we develop the function for the booking management system, calendar, inbox management, property management system, admin dashboard, and the payment system. For marketing, we develop a newsletter and blog engine to push the sales conversion from the sites and applied A/B testing to validate new product features. The SoftwareSeni team also provides continued assistance in handling enquiries from the website.
